The Fort Condominiums was built in 1983. It has 13 units including 2 one bedroom units with loft, 10 two bedroom units, and 1 three bedroom unit. Many of the units have private balconies with views of the Spanish Peaks. It’s not unusual to see deer, fox, and other wildlife while sitting outside.

We are situated on the banks of the beautiful Cuchara River. Our grounds are park-like with benches, picnic tables, and a fenced dog park. Our large parking lot is fully paved. Condo dues include water, sewer, trash pickup, snow plowing, and common area maintenance.

The building is made of logs, rock, and stucco. Many of the units have a log cabin ambience inside. They are heated with electric baseboard heat. Our metal roof was new in October 2022. Fort Condominiums is serviced by Jade high speed fiber optics internet. Century Link and Secom are also available as internet providers. Television service can be provided through Direct TV or Dish satellite.
